    You'll be billed on the same day each month, starting on the day you sign up. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th, you'll be charged on the 15th of each month. You'll receive an email confirmation each time your payment is processed.

  • How do I skip a month or cancel my subscription?

    To skip a month, log into your account at least 3 days before your next billing date and select 'Skip Next Month' in the 'My Subscription' section. To cancel, visit the same section and select 'Cancel Subscription'. There are no cancellation fees, and you can rejoin anytime!

  • What if the panties don't fit?

    We want you to love your subscription! If your panties don't fit, contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving your shipment, and we'll send you a replacement in your correct size at no additional cost. You can keep or donate the original pair.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually between 7-14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your monthly package ships so you can follow its journey to you!
