How do I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
To skip a month, log into your account at least 3 days before your next billing date and select 'Skip Next Month' in the 'My Subscription' section. To cancel, visit the same section and select 'Cancel Subscription'. There are no cancellation fees, and you can rejoin anytime!

We want you to love your subscription! If your panties don't fit, contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving your shipment, and we'll send you a replacement in your correct size at no additional cost. You can keep or donate the original pair.
