Cancellation policy
Kitty Club
Kitty Club is our panty subscription. Every box has three pieces picked by the studio, in your size. Kitty Club ships to US addresses only.
What you pay
- Monthly: $39, charged when you join and then every month.
- Every 3 months: $99, charged when you join and then every 3 months. You still get one box a month.
Shipping is included. Any tax is shown at checkout.
How billing works
- Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Your next charge date and price are in your account, under Subscriptions.
- There's no minimum commitment.
- We'll email you at least 7 days, and no more than 30 days, before any price change, with instructions on how to cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel any time, online or by email, with no cancellation fees.
- Online: log in at account.catsnscribbles.com, open your Kitty Club subscription and cancel it.
- By email: write to info@catsnscribbles.com with the subject "Cancel Kitty Club", from the email address on your subscription. We'll cancel it and confirm by email within 1 business day.
To avoid your next charge, cancel before your next billing date. Once you cancel, we won't charge you again. If you cancel after a box has been charged, that box still ships.
Skipping, pausing or changing your size
You can skip a month, pause, or change your size in your account before your next billing date, or email us and we'll do it for you.
Boxes and returns
Boxes are final sale once they've been charged, except as described in our Refund policy. That includes one size swap for panties within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping
Your first box ships within 5 business days of signing up. Later boxes ship within 5 business days of each charge. Delivery times are in our Shipping policy.
