We ship worldwide from our Los Angeles Design Studio. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

Some of our pieces are made-to-order, meaning they are crafted just for you and may take up to 4 weeks to produce. This process helps us minimize waste and maintain a more conscious production cycle.

Need it sooner? Select our Made-to-Order Priority option at checkout. If we’re unable to meet the expedited timeline, we’ll refund the upgrade fee—no questions asked.

Free shipping is available on all orders over $100.

Returns

We accept returns for non-sale items only within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us for a return authorization and shipping label. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Please note:

Sale items are not eligible for return, but may be exchanged for another item or size within 7 days of delivery, if in new condition.

Denim Fabric color or decorations might be different as each item is handmade. Please keep in mind that we do not offer refund on sale, custom made items or made to order items.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund as store credit only, typically within 7–10 business days. Store credit will be issued once the item is inspected and confirmed to meet our return standards.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available on both full-price and sale items, if the item is in new, unused condition. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll provide an exchange shipping label. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement item or issue a refund.

International Shipping

International shipping rates fluctuate based on your location. For more details, please reach out to us. Customers are responsible for picking up their packages from the local post office or arranging for delivery. Cats n Scribbles is not liable for reshipping packages that haven’t been picked up.

Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred when shipping to an international destination.
