We ship worldwide from our warehouse in the United States. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

Returns

We accept returns for non-sale items only within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us for a return authorization and shipping label. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Please note:

Sale items are not eligible for return, but may be exchanged for another item or size within 14 days, if in new condition.

Denim Fabric color or decorations might be different as each item is handmade. Please keep in mind that we do not offer refund on sale or custom made items. 

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund as store credit only, typically within 7–10 business days. Store credit will be issued once the item is inspected and confirmed to meet our return standards.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available on both full-price and sale items, if the item is in new, unused condition. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll provide an exchange shipping label. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement item or issue a refund.
