Tumble dry low. Do not overdry the panty, as this can cause the fabric to shrink and the rhinestones to fall off.
Line dry if possible. Air-drying is the best way to preserve the quality of the panty.
Avoid ironing. Ironing can melt the rhinestones and damage the fabric.
Store the panty in a cool, dry place. Do not store the panty in direct sunlight or heat, as this can cause the fabric to fade and the rhinestones to fall off.

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in the United States. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

Returns

We accept returns for non-sale items only within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us for a return authorization and shipping label. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Sale items are not eligible for return, but may be exchanged for another item or size within 14 days, if in new condition.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund as store credit only, typically within 7–10 business days. Store credit will be issued once the item is inspected and confirmed to meet our return standards.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available on both full-price and sale items, if the item is in new, unused condition. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll provide an exchange shipping label. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
